Lowry Contracting, Inc. is fully licensed and equipped to provide you with the highest standard utility plowing and road building services. We have both the technical expertise as well as the experience to know how to handle all jobs, big or small.

Utility Plowing

With 2 vibratory 850 John Deere’s, one Caterpillar D-8, and 2 Caterpillar D-9’s, Lowry Contracting has the ability to plow in utilities (electric, telecommunication cable, natural gas and most HDPE plastic pipe) up to 6” in diameter and depths up to 72”. All tractors are equipped with Bron Plows. We can also plow in water line with flexible pipe up to 5" OD at a depth of 36-60". With the addition of a Stewart & Stevens figure 8 machine, installation of fiber optic cable is also available.

Road Building

Regardless of the length of the project, Lowry Contracting, Inc. has the capability of building roads and bringing existing roads up to any county standard. Using D9's and motor graders to sculpt the roads, we then apply the finished base with our fleet of trucks, trailers and rollers.
